About the Authors
widely on taxation and investment law. He is best-known as the lead author of the Encyclopaedia of Hong Kong Taxation, a 4 volume looseleaf text dealing with the major revenue law statutes enacted in Hong Kong. Andrew is currently a member of the Editorial Board of the Revenue Law Journal and the Asia-Pacific Journal of Taxation and is a Senior Fellow, Taxation Law and Policy Research Institute, Monash University. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Law Faculty, University of Hong Kong and a Consultant for the China Tax Practice Group, Baker & McKenzie, Hong Kong.
Jefferson P Vanderwolk has been working as an international tax lawyer for 25 years in Hong Kong, London, New York and Washington DC. Jefferson currently serves as the Head of Tax for the Pacific Rim Region for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He is now the external examiner and guest lecturer for the Principles of Hong Kong Taxation course at the University of Hong Kong.
Wilson WS Chow is the first full-time local teacher and current Head of Department of Professional Legal Education, Faculty of Law, University of Hong Kong. Wilson is a contributor to the Encyclopaedia of Hong Kong Taxation and the Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, Vol 24 (Taxation and Revenue). He currently serves as one of the Deputy Chairmen of the Inland Revenue Board of Review.
