像在原書第49頁提到sweat這個字,中文的意思是「煩惱」,而不是我們熟知的「流汗」,本書就特別提到:動詞sweat原指「流汗」或「(物體表面)冒水珠」。但口語上也可指「擔心,煩惱」,所以我們常聽美國人說Don’t sweat it. 就是指「不用擔心!」。
