張耀飛（飛哥）

英文在國際競爭舞台以及金融、外交、貿易等領域中扮演了重要角色，已是不容爭辯的事實。根據《天下雜誌》於今年六月發行的專刊〈教出英語力〉，其中指出全世界在西元二零一零年將有二十億人口學英文，佔全球總人數的三分之一，可見英語實為與國際接軌的管道，是２１世紀以降必備的公民能力。因此，英文這個科目一向是國民義務教育課程的矚目焦點，亦為考場上兵家必爭之地，不論文、理組的學生，都意識到必須卯足全力加強自己的英文實力，以期在學測與指考中取得拔得頭籌的優勢。
