　　學英文，其實是在用另一種語言去了解這個世界，而不只是讀課本、背單字而已。這本《Follow文學地圖用英語造訪世界40大景點》，以歐洲、美洲以及亞洲各區的文學足跡為主題景點，讓你讀書時，好像跟著書中的人物一起旅行，走遍世界文學大家的故居或經典故事的景點，同時也在學英文。



　　如果你覺得故事中的單字有點難，請不要覺得是你的程度不夠，你只是還沒接觸過那個領域的單字。想想小嬰兒的語言的學習，當他接觸到身邊的事物時，才開始發現原來透明的液狀物是「水」，而美國出生的小寶寶，所認識到的透明液狀物則是 "water” ，所以不管你幾歲開始學英文的，你想要學英文，記住一定要主動增加自己接觸英文的機會(exposure)，不管是電視新聞改看CNN、台灣偶像劇改看美劇，甚至是做筆記開始用一些英文單字註記，語言是拿來用的，不管是透過聽、說、讀、寫，只要多用一點語言，你的英文就會進步一些。
