序言



　　一開始，我從伴侶身上得知《祕密》這本書，之後從友人口中聽到《與神對話》、奧修。閱讀、研究之後，總覺得仍有不足之處。直到遇見賽斯，所有生命旅程中的困惑，一一獲得解答。



　　這麼巧，賽斯現身於1963年，正是我出生的年代。前半生，我創造了許多坎坷的生命挑戰；後半生，幸而與他相會，使我能勇於檢視過往的挑戰，開始讓意識如蝴蝶般地流動，重新開展喜悅、分享的生活體驗。



　　這本書寫作的靈感，大多源於賽斯書系列的閱讀，以及聆聽許添盛醫師所有相關的演講、讀書會、CD。如果內容符合真理，這是賽斯及許醫師的功勞；如果有任何偏頗之處，必然是我的理解錯誤。



　　慶幸自己得於此生接觸賽斯書之餘，更加相信未來文明將邁向：擴展意識、回歸心靈。

　　感謝本書譯者Andy及Jessie百忙之餘，撥冗處理本書的翻譯。他們的用心程度已非專業所能形容。

　　At first, I got to know about the book, “The secret”, from my partner. Later, I heard the book, “Conversation with God”, and the writer, Osho, from my friend. After reading and studying, I still felt that there were still some inadequacies. Until the day I met Seth, all the puzzles and confusions in life have been explained.



　　Coincidentally, I was born in 1963 when Seth first appeared. In the first half of my life, I created many rough and bumpy challenges for myself. Luckily, in later life, I met him, and was able to inspect the challenges. I started to let my consciousness fly like a butterfly, to embrace joy and to share my life experiences.



　　The inspiration of this book mostly came from the reading of Seth’s materials and the related speeches, book clubs and CDs of Dr. Xu Tian Sheng. This is tributes to Seth and Dr. Xu if the content is truthful; if anything is biased, it must be my misunderstanding.



　　While I was glad that I had a chance to get to know more about Seth, I was even more convinced that our future civilization will move towards expanding consciousness and returning to the soul.



　　Thanks to the translators, Andy and Jessie, for taking time out of their busy schedule to translate this book. Their elaboration is beyond professionalism.
