Each unit contains the following components:

A set of pictures and terms intended to introduce the unit topic and familiarize students with it in a general sense. - MAIN COURSE
An opening conversation or article in which a specific facet of the restaurant industry will be discussed among a pair of speakers. - ALPHABET SOUP
A review of the highlighted vocabulary presented within the conversation or article. - GRAMMAR DESSERT
An activity keying on a grammatical concept presented within each of the units’ conversations or articles. - ACTIVITY DIGESTIF
A question meant for further discussion by students whether in pairs or groups.
