Grant Justice Hua Hsiung Tseng has devoted his whole lifetime to judicial practice. He had been worked in the field of prosecuting criminals, civil, criminal and administrative cases trial as well as constitution interpretation. He has always followed the maxims of “protecting human rights, preserving the dignity of the law and adjusting the differences between private and public interest.”
This book contains theses written by thirty-three scholarsfrom Universities, former students of Justice Tseng, and his University alumni and alumna. The authors’ articles have concentrated on discussing “The Protection of Rights” from the point of view concerning constitutionallaw, administrative law, organization law, law of due process, and law of court procedure. This subject of discussion is the sole goal Justice Tseng is trying to accomplish during his lifetime.
